ValGold Resources Ltd. (VAL - TSX Venture) is an international development company based in Vancouver, Canada. The Company's objective is to generate wealth for its stakeholders by applying its strategy of acquiring properties with identified but under-explored mineral resources. ValGold's 2007 activities included drilling at its Garrison gold property located in Ontario, Canada and active exploration on its properties in Venezuela and Guyana, which are highly prospective for Gold, Uranium, Diamonds and Base Metals. During 2007, minimum 5,000 metre drill programs were completed for all the Company's gold properties located in Canada, Venezuela and Guyana. Field work in the latter two countries will also target new prospects for gold and potentially diamonds, uranium and base metals.
